i couldn’t agree more. sometimes it is so hard to get your head out of “destruction mode”. it is so easy to fall into that pit. but, with faith and self encouragement, (think ~ motivating yourself daily until it becomes natural) constructive thoughts can override negativity and lead one to smarter, logical, selfless and more compassionate actions, which there leads to more positive situations in ones life.
