Great Point!
While it’s part of our genetic makeup to loose ourselves to daily tasks, routines, and just life in general, what makes us different is the ability of abstract thought. We are able to take a step back and think before reacting, and understand consequences of those actions. In doing so, we have the ability to show our children how to react situations, and that it’s important to stop and think before doing.Additionally, from birth to early childhood brain highly active, and children are relying on their social signals to help develop out their learning and behavioral patterns. Typically, this means the parents or caretakers can have a significant impact in childhood development.
So just remember that, before you fight with your spouse, act out in anger, or showcase typical human responsive behavior.
