“How’s your heart pace?”
Very quiet today. 🙂
Did I leave the race, perhaps?
(No I’m still in the ‘leaving’ process –
which is hard from on side,
and sweet from the other, like today)
No question! At least your acknowledgement of the process affords you the opportunity to appreciate the sweet aspects of it — most don’t know they are in the process and only find moments of ‘sweet’ by burying that inner ‘urgency’ as deep as possible through monotonous tasks, habits/etc.
Until one day they are ‘forced’ to confront it — and thus recognize THEY had buried it for so long, that it takes quite some time for them to identify anything sweet from it!
Recognition alone is a milestone that it seems so few have – and it’s importance isn’t realized until the process itself is recognized lol!
Nevertheless – anyone who can recognize the leaving process AND find peace/sweet in it (even in fleeting moments), has come far in the journey back to where it began 🙂
Yesterday it felt great, today it felt like being lazy. Crazy programming in my head. We are taught to be responsible and do our duties. And even if we do, there is that crazy nagging. Please get out of my head dear parents. 🙂

lol! hey, self-awareness on the not-so-sweet days speaks even more to one’s self-awareness — so the ‘alchemical opportunity’ in those moments is simply recognizing that your recognition is sweetest on the not-so-sweet days, so for that reason alone, the not-so-sweet days are sweet in themselves. 🙂
